Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days in metro and major cities. Delivery timelines for non-metro or remote locations may vary depending on courier availability and serviceable PIN codes. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

All prepaid orders are processed within 24 working hours after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your shipment tracking details so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, government restrictions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We work with India's leading courier partners to provide nationwide delivery. If your delivery PIN code is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you after your order is placed. Should delivery not be possible, your order will be cancelled and a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this information to monitor the real-time status of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
